Laguna Parental Controls is a service of User Friendly Computer Services. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through our website and during service appointments.
Information we collect
We may collect a parent or guardian’s name, email address, telephone number, city, appointment preferences, device types, service requests, transaction records, communications with us, and records showing the date, time, and version of policies accepted during checkout. Our website may collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, approximate region, pages viewed, and cookie choices through hosting, security, and analytics tools.
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, financial account credentials, children’s private messages, photographs, or other sensitive family content through our website, email, or text messages.
How we use information
We use information to respond to requests, schedule and deliver services, prepare estimates, process payments, maintain service records, document customer authorizations and policy acceptance, prevent abuse, operate and improve the website, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Payments
Online service checkout is not currently enabled on this website. Payment arrangements are confirmed separately when booking. This policy will be updated before online payment processing is enabled.
Analytics and cookies
The website uses WordPress.com and Jetpack for hosting, forms, security, and site statistics. These services may use cookies or similar technologies. Google Analytics and Google Search Console have not been connected.
Children’s privacy
Our services are purchased and managed by parents or legal guardians. The website is not directed to children and is not intended to collect personal information directly from children. Parents should not submit children’s private content through our forms.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that support hosting, email, scheduling, analytics, payment processing, security, and professional services, only as needed for those functions. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for service, legal, accounting, dispute, and security purposes, including preserving the policy version and acceptance record associated with an order. No system is perfectly secure, but we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and minimize the credentials and private content we handle.

California residents may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of certain personal information and to receive information about how it is used.
