Services & price
Choosing the right start
How much does setup cost?
A Family Safety Check is $95. Family Setup is $295. Complex work is quoted at $145 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Extra time is never added without approval. See the complete services and pricing page.
Which service should I choose?
Choose the Safety Check for a review and prioritized plan. Choose Family Setup when you want the settings configured, tested, and explained. Larger, multi-home, or account-recovery projects should request a custom scope.
Is the Safety Check credited toward setup?
Yes. Book Family Setup within 14 days and the $95 fee is credited toward it.
Are subscriptions required?
No ongoing service contract is required. Device makers, filtering apps, or router vendors may charge their own fees; those costs are explained before a paid tool is recommended.
Technology
Devices and limitations
Which devices can you help with?
Common projects include Apple Screen Time, Google Family Link, Microsoft Family Safety, phones, tablets, PCs, Chromebooks, game consoles, streaming profiles, purchase approvals, and home routers.
Can you make controls impossible to bypass?
No. No product catches everything. We reduce obvious gaps, test the controls, explain limitations, and show parents how to review the setup over time.
Can you help remotely?
Yes, for many account, phone, tablet, and computer settings. Whole-home Wi-Fi and complicated multi-device testing are often better in person.
Privacy & appointments
Parent control stays central
Do you need my passwords?
You retain control of passwords, passcodes, and recovery methods. You enter credentials yourself whenever possible. Never email or text us a password or security code.
Will you read my child’s messages or photos?
No. We configure controls without reviewing private messages or personal content. If a test requires opening an app, we ask first and use the least intrusive method available.
Should my child be present?
A parent or legal guardian must be present and authorize every change. Older children can participate when the parent believes it will make the family plan more successful.
Where do you provide in-home service?
Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo, Dana Point, and Mission Viejo by appointment.
Have a question that is not here?
Text a short description. Please do not include passwords, recovery codes, or private family content.
